Great question Koji and the answer is I’ve been on a hiatus of sorts. While it’s helpful for the sake of consistency, it can beneficial to get another perspective ... especially for anyone who didn’t agree with my review of Fowl. I haven’t heard this album yet, but I wouldn’t have given Heirs first release, Alchera, as high of a rating as Fowl.

Why didn’t Quade review this one?! He really liked their previous album…

Glad someone has the balls to call these “prog metal” faggots out on their homosexuality. The emperor has no clothes, and Mikael Akerfeldt is tossing his salad.

Oh shit, looks like “ortptel” and Martin got their panties in a bunch! Watch out!
I don’t understand Jack’s fascination with Metalcore, either, but he’s on the fuckin money about what a joke this album is, especially the vocals.
And how “pointless” was his review if it’s stirred up some comments?By Stormbreaker on Tuesday, January 17, 2012

Good words Jack!
It’s about time someone stopped kissing shaune kelley’s ass and gave him a true review of how shit his “death metal” really is.By lolatthisreview on Monday, January 16, 2012

Pointless review. Not to mention, you sure act like you know your shit for someone who gives good ratings to shitty metalcore bands like Born of Osiris, Unearth or Winds Of Plague (Seriously?!?!?!) and negative ratings for bands such as !T.O.O.H! or this band. Just want to say that your opinions are void and you have no credibility at all.
Stop posting shitty fucking reviews and listen to better music (aka not generic, soulless metalcore garbage) you dumb ignorant faggot.By ortptel on Monday, January 16, 2012

You’re an asshole Jack. This is the most pointless review ever. Shame you can’t see yourself in the mirror ‘cause of all the zit juice you splashed on it, you worthless piece of crap.

I think that what Jack’s referring to starts at about 3:35 into the song. Might be more of a weird echo than anything else…
In any case, very good album!By admin on Monday, January 09, 2012
